    It’s all about Staying Married

Filed under: Journal by kalsada @ 10:29 pm

There are hundreds of reasons why divorces happen. But among its leading causes is because of the improper way of handling finances. It’s heartbreaking to see kids suffer because of the problems of their parents. I don’t think they should suffer the consequences made by the choices of their parents.

Getting married is easy. But STAYING married can be tough. Married life is not all about love making and having sex. It’s about eating, life, problems, and all the things that come with it. Budgeting your income can lead to a successful marriage and a happy family life.

But of course, there will always be emergencies that we cannot avoid no matter how careful we are. When these things happen, you can always run into short-term loan. And I’m talking about payday cash loans that can be processed online. It’s fast, easy, and very convenient. You just have to be 18 years of age, have a regular source of income, and a bank account. Most of loan applications are approved automatically and money will be wired to your bank over night.

    How you pay them back

Of course you have to pay loans. You pay them back on your real payday and the loan amount is deducted to you automatically.

    Getting an iPhone Asian Version

Filed under: Uncategorized, Journal by kalsada @ 2:13 pm

The iPhone version in the Philippines or the iPhone Asian version is coming soon. I visited a local apple store here in my place and they told me it will be available on the first week of March. Just way so cool. I’m so excited and can’t wait for the date.

The only problem is the money. Maybe I should ask my dad to get cash loans since he has a job. I could pay about half the price or even 75%. They told me it’s around Php 30,000 or $700. So, it’s quite expensive since iPhone in the states only cost $399 or about Php 16,000. iPhone has a lot and I mean a lot of features including a web browser, and iPod, and a camera. So what else are you looking for? It’s all in one. Just so awesome.

Of course, I won’t buy on the first week but I’ll wait for the price to subside or go down and it might get cheaper. So then I won’t ask money from my parents.

Anyway, as I have mentioned earlier about cash loans, these are loans obviously but different in a way that the whole process is done online so that there would it eliminates the hassle of asking money from your parents or relative.

    Preparing for college

Filed under: Uncategorized, Journal by kalsada @ 12:57 pm

So you’re on your senior year and so excited with that perfect day where you finally have to live away from your folks and on to the dorm life. It’s pretty exciting. Hot boys, parties, social life, and of course let’s not forget, college life is about preparing your future. Yup, it’s about books and endless thesis, and trips to the library.

It’s not the same as how the media portrayed college life. It’s not all about endless partying but serious and actually work. It’s tougher when you also have to work part time. Here are some tips that I think would be useful for your college life.

    1. Love the course you’re majoring in.

It’s hard to finish something you don’t love in the first place. If you plan to become a doctor then stick to it, and not to pursue majoring on something you don’t love. Decide wisely.

      2. It helps to talk to your professors

I know it must be tough and hard to talk to your teachers in high school. But asking for some advice especially on thesis can really help you. After all, they have more advices than you have.

        3. Be frugal

Money doesn’t grow on trees. Budget it wisely so that you won’t incur so much debt when you finish college because of student loans.

        4. Get a job

Whether you’re rich or not, it pays to start and work on a part time job or even get a regular job if you can handle it. You can also get pay day loan when you have job. It does help when you’re on a tight budget.

          That’s it. Good luck!

    Be insured

Filed under: Journal by kalsada @ 6:19 am

Having a wonderful family is my dream. I think everyone dreams of having beautiful and healthy children and a hunky husband who brings home the bacon. A husband without a mistress, that is. Well, unfortunately 9 out of 10 couples have a cheating husband. But you’re luck if you’re the 1 out of 10 women who have a loyal husband. I’d love to be that woman.

It’s the ideal life. But no matter how much we try it, some things and I mean unfortunate things are bound to happen. So women out there, you should and must finish your education in case you get divorced or your husband died. Knock on wood and wish it won’t happen. But the fact is it helps to be practical sometimes. It can even save you life and the future of your family.

And with today’s craziness, it also helps to have insurance when you need one. Finding online insurance is easy and there are a lot of online insurance out there. Just be careful to read on their faq pages and understand the rules of each insurance company you want to apply. Most of insurance offers home insurance, health insurance, life insurance among other things.
